The Planning Odyssey

Planning an event of this magnitude is no small feat. It all started with our deep commitment to creating a space where educators could come together to share, learn, and grow. Our dedicated team at ASCD Ghana, alongside our Executive Director Dr. Charles Yeboah and our two amazing team leads, Dr. Jill Harrison Berg and Dr. Laureen Adams, worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect. From curating an impressive lineup of speakers to organizing interactive panels and breakout sessions, every aspect was meticulously planned to enhance your experience.

These strands ensured that there was something valuable for every educator, regardless of their specialization or interest.

 

A Star-Studded Lineup of Speakers

Our speakers were phenomenal, featuring Zaretta Hammond, Patrick Awuah,  Richard Culatta, and Kwame Simmons, among other thought leaders. They tackled crucial topics like integrating technology in education, aligning education with workforce needs, and emphasizing transformative leadership and educator wellness.

Interactive Panels and Breakout Sessions with over 90 presenters from all over the world

 The interactive panels and breakout sessions were where the real magic happened. Educators engaged in hands-on activities, collaborative problem-solving, and deep discussions. These sessions were designed to be not just informative but transformative, equipping attendees with new skills and perspectives to bring back to their classrooms.
